By purchasing YKK® sliders or other YKK® components, Buyer agrees that it is prohibited from and shall not assemble them onto non-YKK chain or other components, or buy YKK® chain and assemble non-YKK sliders or other components onto such YKK® chain. Failure to abide by these requirements will void any applicable YKK warranty and may subject Buyer to claims for trademark infringement and/or involvement in counterfeit goods.
